Help me plz..idk wat to do at all:(:(?

Ok well me and my bf have been going out for bout 1 month and like 21 days. i am 13 by the way. well he gets so mad at me over nothin. i cant even hang wit my friends at there house (guy friends) without him trusting me. i wouldnt do anythign at all. he has me on a leash thats 2 feet long everyone says that. everyone tells me he treats me like **** and i am startin to realize it. well i talked to him and he says he will change but i dont believe it at all. he is gonna get mad. and there is this other guy. well see i was hangin wit my bff and its her cousin and we went to his house and hung out. and he is rlly cute and rlly sweet. we have talked and he told me he would never treat me like my bf does. so wat do i do do i dump my bf and go 4 this guy or shoudl i stay wit my bf? also my bf ahas gotten mad at me for the stupidest things like talking to his friends online or on the phone. choosing to hang out wit friedns over him. not talkin to him enough but see he never calls me anyways
