I am a senior but my friend does not know how do I tell her ? I am so scared that she will hate me so much!?

We have been hanging out so much and she doesn't know that I am graduating next year and she has been the bestest friend any girl could get. She is so gullible,silly and funny I don't want loose my connection with her. By the way she is a junior
