Sir,I wish to know if there are standards specified by NATO for Rifle & Handgun shooting. pl fwd few links.?

There is no NATO standard; it is not even standard between the services in the US. Marines and Army fire different qualification courses and ranges; I do not think the majority of the Navy or Air Force personnel do anything besides familiarization fire.
