Who is more stupid? the guy who launches a balloon not big enough to transport a 5yr old or a gullible press?

as the balloon was floating I told my wife that there was no kid in it. the bottom basket was not pointed down. it kept swinging up and to the side even a liberal with an 8th grade education could have spotted that fact.
