How dog friendly is Laguna Beach?

it is very dog friendly, and as you know already, dogs are not allowed on the beach during the summer, but they can be on the walk way by the beach, and everywhere else. The city and people are extremely pet friendly. Some restaurants even have a water bowl for your 4 legged buddy :-)
