Will at&t tak my quickfire phone back?

i jus got my quickfire n i reli love it but there are some problems 1.it don stay charged long 2.the bluetooth doesnt work n 3 th screen u have to touch it 5 times to go to somethin..will they give me a new phone or make me keep this one i don wana buy a new phone cuz i jus got this one aug 3rd n it only the 10th..what do i do
