Girls help what will the docter do please help?

When you go to the gyne he/she will ask you a bunch of questions. Know when your last period was. then she will do the exam. She will do a pap smear which isnt painful just uncomfortable. just relax and breathe. have the gyne explain everything she/he is doing if it will make you feel more comfortable. Then he or she will do a internal exam. She/he will stick his/her finger in you and feel around to make sure everything is ok. I was nervous to when I had to go but it really isn't that bad as people make it to be. hope this helps
