Schedule for a Sugar glider diet?

I'm about to purchase a sugar glider and I'm going to be feeding it the BML Diet.. i was wondering like maybe a daily schedule that's is used with this? I know you give them fresh fruits and veggies at night to go with the BML mixture, but i was wondering if you only give them the crickets and worms and stuff every couple days or just rotate what bug you give them and if they would need the daily staple food(some places I've read they don't and others say they do...) Please help! I would appreciate a daily schedule or something someone has used or something :)
