Writing and critical thinking skills with what major?

I am currently a second semester freshmen in the psychology program at my school. I plan to go to grad school to hopefully get my Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. I wish to open my own practice and hopefully write a lot of books and articles that will help and inspire others. I also would like to teach. There is so much elective space within my major that I am thinking about double majoring or minoring. I am having trouble choosing a subject. I like English, Religious Studies, Sociology and Women's Studies. What subject(s) would help me the most in my endeavors?
