Does anyone know how to remove a soft reline from dentures? I had it done, and it is horrible...do not fit now

seems dentures do not line up anymore, and left side is lower than right side on top. Also, still have to use adhesive on bottom......I am going back to dentist Monday, hopefully they can fix this.......I can't eat now.....They are immediates, and I waited 4 months for first reline, but I hate it....
