I live in a poor community, i want to set-up a feeding center, how can i contact organizations?

I live in Magdalena, Laguna. A fourth cl municipality in a province of Laguna in the Philippines. Some school kids in our place comes to school sometimes with nothing to spend or eat. And the school start from 7-5 pm.. if they will go home on lunch time,which is only an hour, they need to walk for about 4 kms. and thy'll be late for afternoon cl..
