What can i do about a neighbor that damages my lawn with a plow on a private communal driveway?

i have a communal driveway with my house and a neighbor across the driveway and another neighbor in the back of the property. the driveway is covered in gravel but the neighbor in the backs driveway is paved. everytime it snows whether its 1 inch or 20 inches he plows leaving all the rocks and gravel no my lawn and damages my lawn where i have to reseed and level out the ground from the gouging from the plow. what can i do to get him to stop. i dont have any problems with my neighbor next to me and rocks, just the guy in the back. plus he doesnt offer to help clean up. i help shovel snow even though he has a plow but makes the mess anyway.
