Why aren't my car radio, cigarette lighter, interior lighting, and a few dashboard lights working?

I just got my car back from having accident damages fixed and now my car radio, cigarette lighter, interior lighting, and a few dashboard lights are not working. Also, when I open the door, it no longer lights up that the door is open or makes that chiming sound. I have no idea what to do. I looked in the fuse box and it seems like there are some missing. Any ideas?
