I have a question about Medicaid and dr's appt...?

ok i'm 7 weeks pregnant now and i applied for Medicaid last week and it takes 30 - 45 days if i get approved but i can't even make an appointment until i'm approved (i already called the only obgyn in my area that takes Medicaid) so i will be like 10 - 13 weeks when i get to make an appointment. how long after i make an appointment will i actually see a doc? what if i wait all that time and don't get approved? i have been unemployed scene dec and can't find a job. my bf is supporting us now. i'm in upstate ny btw. i'm kinda freaking out.
