Okay, well me and my ex husband has a child custody order...?

to where it shows that on all major holidays the parents are the ones who have to decide how the holiday would be handled.. well, also court order states that he recieves her every 2nd and 4th weekend of the month, and to where it is the fourth of july, i brought my daughter with me to reno to spend the weekend with my family and enjoy the fireworks. and now my ex-husband is threatening me to where he states that we agreed upon it being half and half day for 4th of july, but he didn't tell me until i was in reno, and now his dad calls my grandma (to where she has to relation to this situation) and also leaves a voicemail on my phone stating that the cops are going to her house and if my daughter isn't there, they are going to arrest her. is that possible? or even is it possible that they can arrest me when i get back in town?
