Teen Parents: What age would you let your daughter start wearing?

im 16 and ive never worn a thong (and dont plan to in the near future) ive had a couple of padded bras since i was 14, usually cos thats all they have. i was allowed to wear make up ocasionally after i turned 13 and after i was shown how to do it professionally so i didnt look like a clown.
